NIAGARA FALLS — To many, spring means a new beginning.
So what better time to look at starting out on a path to better overall health and wellness than this time of year.
With that in mind, the public is invited to come out to Heartland Forest for “Spring into Wellness,” an expo for mind, body, and spirit on Saturday, April 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Attendees will have an opportunity to shop the many vendors, receive intuitive guidance, participate in demonstrations, listen to informative speakers, enjoy a bite to eat, and enter to win door prizes. Visit the exhibitor booths for information, products and services from essential oils, natural creams and makeup, flowers, herbal teas, crystals, jewelry, spiritual supplies and tools, nutrition, Feng Shui, yoga and more.
Participants will also have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of healing modalities such as Indian head massage, tuning fork facials, reiki, reflexology, massage, aromatherapy, chiropractic care, naturopathic health practitioners, life coaching, how to quiet the mind and more.
"Plan to soothe the soul as you spend the day in the serene setting of the beautiful Heartland Forest," said Carolina Lipinski, of Haven Consultations who is co-hosting this first-time event with Tami Dickson, of The Calm Zone. "It's a spectacular indoor venue with plenty of free parking and we are excited to promote wellness for mind, body and spirit to residents of Niagara and beyond."
Admission is $5 with partial proceeds donated back to Heartland Forest.
The first 50 people to attend will receive a free gift and there will also be a free yoga class at 10 a.m.
