COVID-19 Response – January 13th Update

Heartland Forest TRAILS will remain open for essential exercise only!

Premier Ford has declared a state of emergency in the province of Ontario, to last no fewer than 28 days, effective Thursday, January 14, 2021 12:01 AM. Owing to the deteriorating COVID-19 situation in the province, a stay-at-home order has taken effect. Ontarian's must only leave their homes for essential trips.

All persons on Heartland Forest trails must follow lockdown protocols:

  • wear a mask
  • only exercise with members of your own household – limit of 5
  • maintain a distance of at least six feet from anyone outside your household
