The Forestview Wing, located inside the Nature Centre, is available to rent year-round, Saturday and Sunday, from 9 am to 3:45 pm. 1625sq feet of space, with lots of windows overlooking the park. Maximum 65 guests.
8-foot tables and black padded chairs are included with your rental.
Suitable for Small group classes, yoga, fitness, meditation, group meetings, workshops, training space, nature/educational presentations, community-minded activities, celebration of life, showers, and birthday parties.
Guests while here are welcome to utilize our 4 kms of accessible trails, visit the Parkside playground or explore interactive and educational displays in the Discovery Atrium—mini putt available for $2 per person, May to August.
Please Note:
The Discovery Atrium in the Nature Centre is open to the public from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The Café is open on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Facility Rules:
-Clients must vacate the building by 4:00 pm as it promptly closes at that time.
-Client responsible to set up and tear down all tables and chairs. Client to to clean up any spills, sweep/dry mop floor, remove all garbage and recycling to outdoor bins. (Reception staff will provide access to storage and cleaning supplies).
-Smoking and vaping in designated area only: 9m from side entrance located beside Café.
-All users are required to obtain and maintain $2 Million insurance coverage for public and general commercial liability insurance, and must name HEARTLAND FOREST (HF) as additional insured. Event Insurance can be obtained at a discount through our partner Duuo Canada here at Duuo Insurance. How to add venue location & additional insured to Duuo Insurance.
-$100 damage deposit is required at the time of booking. If no damages have occurred, Heartland Forest will refund the $100 within five business days following your event.
